At Drip Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a replacement or full refund where applicable.
